Why is the solar panels not used for the power of the whole world?

We are living on a planet where there is also a fossil fuel called blessing in addition to water. Part of this blessing, created for millions of years in the underground, is that oil, coal, gas Every year approximately 35 billion barrels of fuel oil is used throughout the world, where in the United States, about 9.32 million barrels of fuel were used on an average in the year 2017. To keep the world dynamic, there is nothing to be reminded of its importance. But when the blessing is increased with limited quantity and with its demand, it becomes urgent to have a headache. We already spent more than 40 percent of the world's total fuel.

But if blessing brings curse? The main components of these fossil fuels are carbon, which gradually combines with the environment toxic making the environment of the earth, the world's warmth rapidly increases the global warming.
This fuel oil may come out in the next 50 years. And the coal can take 100 years. The time is not low for us, but for this our next generation will have to count its cost.
And so we started walking in alternate ways to increase the use of renewable energy, so that dependence on our fossil fuels can be reduced, at the same time it is environmentally friendly and inaccessible. But still about 13 percent of the total energy comes from renewable energy. Where only on earth, only about 173 thousand terawat solar energy (153 zero after 173), which is about 10,000 times of our present needs, is released from the Sun only.
And to maintain this solar power we have advanced technology - solar panels. It is estimated that a solar panel occupying hundreds of thousands of square kilometers is enough to provide the whole world power. So a question is normal to be raised in the corner of mind, why not only solar panels are used to provide energy to the whole world?
There are various political barriers, scientific and geographical constraints, energy conversion and transit restrictions. But before getting the answer, let's look at the functioning of our solar panel. But the political barrier here is not part of our discussion. Let's see briefly how solar panels work.

The main structural unit of solar panel is solar cell or solar cells, whose name is Photovoltaic Cell. A solar module is made with many smaller cells, and a panel with many modules. The main components of these cells are: Silicon. This silicon is said to be a magic wand for creating electronics products. Silicon semiconductority is used in religion. There is no exception in solar panels.

These photovoltaic cell works are converted into electric current by utilizing photoelectric effect or photoreal activity. Very briefly, the light of the light is simple, when the light particles fall into a metallic element, then the light particle strikes the electron emission of the outer surface. In 1921 Albert Einstein was awarded the Nobel Prize for interpretation of this verb.

But what is the work of solar panels? Let's say this complex process is a little easier.

Silicon crystals are used to create solar panels. Silicon is the pure semiconductor. With the increase in temperature, its electrical conductivity increases. The p type (positive type) and n type (negative type) are converted into semi-conduction by mixing with silicon as a certain element of radicality. In each cell of the solar panel, the p type and n type semiconductor silicon are placed at the level of the sandwich and p-n junction is created. Naturally they are in equilibrium. As a result, electricity does not move between it.

But when the particles of light, photons come to these cells, then due to the spectrum of light, they run away from the bonds of silicon electrons in the photon attack. Continuous photon disruption results in electrical difference from the voltage differences in the p-n junction, from which electricity flows. This electric current is one-way, which is flown through the wire connected to the panel.

Undoubtedly, this natural process is 100 percent environmentally friendly and inexpensive. When light and electrons are the key to this process, it is normal to be extra durable. 12 solar cells are enough to charge a mobile phone, where some modules need a whole house. To operate the whole world, only 4,96,805 square kilometers of solar panels need to be installed, where the Sahara Desert is 9.2 million square kilometers in the area.

But what are the obstacles to implement this dream-project?

In 1958, the solar panel was first used in the US Vanguard-1 satellite. At that time the cost would be approximately one and a half million rupees. And at present, the amount of expenditure is only a few bucks per watcher. In the last 60 years, this technology is not a change in the mind. But when the calculation of the whole world becomes weak, then the imagination is real.

The sun's light does not fall equally anywhere in the world. Besides, there is no sunlight on the night. The main enemies of the solar panel are enclosed with hostile weather and clouds. Due to unexpected natural disasters, the sun is not visible day after day. The problem is more prominent in monsoon and temperate regions. Solar panels in those areas will not be very useful. There are also geographic location restrictions. Although some areas are sunny all year round, but the polar region is all year round with ice. As a result, it would be ridiculous to question how profitable the solar panels are in the poles.

Again the solar panel itself is in the hindrance So far, the average efficiency of solar panels in the market is 15-20 percent. That is, only one panel can convert only 15-20% of sunlight into energy. Scientists have been able to produce more than forty percent of the competency panel. But if the technology of the solar panel is brought to market, then its price will be skyrocketing.

Solar panels are generally possible to produce power in two ways. Firstly, by installing solar panels on the rooftop of the house or the organization, secondly, the solar firm is established and provided by the grid in the specified area. But the waste generated by the wire in this generating electricity carries 10 percent or more. So, if you think that only Sahara is possible to give power to the whole world, then that thought is to be dropped. Because we are not yet ready for technical or economic side.

So draining thousands of miles from Sahara so much electricity is not a cheap solution. To solve this, we need superconducting substances, so that there is no waste. But sadly, this technology is still far out of our reach. This is not the end, in the last half century, the progress made in solar technology has been much higher than the amount required to implement this dream project. The cost of solar panels has decreased at the rate at which prices of solar panels have not been reduced, the cost of solar panels powered by solar panels has not diminished.

To be totally dependent on the solar panel, there will be a lot of infrastructure changes. Initially, the storage capacity will be effective. At present we have advanced technology lithium ion batteries, but its capacity is 2.5 mg per kilo, which is 20 percent less than gasoline. A 100-ton lithium battery will be required to operate a jet plane. So, we are not going to say that we're lagging behind the high power-density and battery-powered battery. Besides, instead of all petrol-powered vehicles, there will be a lot of investment in the movement of electricity-driven vehicles, so that it can move up to several decades. So this revolution can not be done overnight.

This change is a huge challenge for developing and poorer countries. In a developed country like the United States, it may take years to bring about this change, there will be many decades of demand for a poor, under-leaning or developing country like Bangladesh, claiming another question.

But despite the limitations of our technology, it is possible to reduce the biological energy dependence of the whole world by more than half of the world. In addition, the scientists are trying their best to innovate in the laboratory. Organizations like Elon Mask Solar City are working to give a green world gift. The imagination of our near future does not stop there, where solar power will be collected through floating solar panels from space. The electricity will be transported without them. Or blackbud radiation will be collected from the power.

Solar panels are used in more than 3.5 million homes in rural Bangladesh only. This figure is around 1.3 billion worldwide. By the year 2025, working in the United States to spend 30 percent of the country's energy solar panels. And by 2020, to Australia's 23.5 percent, where in Iceland, Costa Rica, Albania, Paraguay and Ethiopia, less power than 100 percent comes from renewable sources.

What do you think? What is the use of green energy to make the earth green again again? How much time can it take? What kind of obstacles can you think?
